Terms

 
- All prices are net excl. postage / packing and excl. VAT.
 
- Minimum order value: € 25.00. May be cancelled in individual case (e.g. commissions to be on call) as agreed.

Handling & delivery time

 
- Standard stock items are normally delivered within 2-3 days – otherwise you will be informed.
 
- When ordering custom made designs, you will receive an acknowledgement of order for your verification by return and a layout for approval. For quantities greater than 100 you will first receive an obligate personalised sample (free of charge) for serial release.
