Blanks/Spare name badges

As part of the initial delivery we produce additional blank name badges for your follow-up need. The blanks or spare name badges printed with the logo are billed together with the initial order and stored free of charge by us for the agreed time period. You simply and conveniently call off the required badges when they are needed.

  • The inscription of names on spare name badges requires only 5 days! For the delivery time for name badges that are completely inscribed at call-off please see the information on the respective badge version.
  • We produce and deliver call-offs of 5 or more - we only charge a flat rate of € 17.50 for small quantities of 1-4 badges!
  • In general, no machinery set-up costs are charged for call-offs based on call-off agreements for your follow-up (ongoing) demand!
  • We will keep you updated on the quantity in stock and provide you with you new spare badges on time - for unchanged follow-up orders no new layout costs will be charged and only a 50% share of set up costs!

With this contract model no spare name badges are produced or billed in advance.

Production upon call-off

A total quantity is bindingly ordered and called off in the course of 1 or 2 years. A call-off flat rate may be charged (depending on the quantity). If required, we apply modern 4C-digital printing technology to create individual and possibly customized name badges according to your specifications (call-off possible starting at 1 badge, depending on the version).

  • Layout and machinery set-up costs are charged according to the price list. We will be glad to inform you of your potential savings for the initial cost calculation!

Follow-up demand

You don't want to limit your options and need name badges you have ordered in the past again? No problem! When needed, you can easily and conveniently reorder the names badges you already ordered and benefit from reduced initial costs for badges that are tailor-made for you.

Follow-up orders are available already starting at 1 or 10 badges
